Love Handles – To be precise are a sugar coated term given to that extra tire of flesh around the abdomen. There can be several reasons for that extra flab however to get over it there are certain techniques and steps to be followed

  1. First – Be Positive & Focused
    One needs to be completely focused to the fact that he or she has to shed those extra inches off. With the same mindset you have to get in to a routine. Positive mind and focused brain would definitely help in reducing. This should begin with the correct Diet plan which will determine the most appropriate calorie intake.
  2. Second – Diet Plan
    Success mantra for cutting the fat is ensuring you have the right kind of food at the right time. Thumb rule has to be no Fat, no Sugar and high calorie content. Avoid Sodas with or without Sugar. Drink more water in fat about 4 lb in a day. If feeling thirsty then instead of picking the favorite Juice of yours, pick a bottle of water. Try and have a good breakfast as per your diet plan. After 2 hrs again have a bowl of cereals? Then the lunch should not be very stuffed but with the correct content. After next 2 hrs have a fruit salad? Try not to have the evening tea without milk. Dinner has to be taken at least 3 hrs before sleeping. Again it should be light to be easily digestible.
  3. Third – Physical Workout
    To burn the fat one has to get in to Physical workout where in it not just melts the fat but also strengthens the muscle. The more flexible your muscles are you have lesser probability of muscle tear. So it has lot of benefits. However keep one attainable target for you to reduce some inches there. Be genuine to yourself. Don’t exhaust yourself.
  4. Fourth – Be Active & Hygienic
    With the said diet plan and regular workout you would definitely see lot of difference. However don’t give up on it. Watch yourself when eating. Don’t munch between the meals as it not just increases the weight but kills the appetite as well. Be more active as its worth following such routine. Do not forget to sleep for minimum 6 hrs as it would definitely need rest as well.
