Hypnosis is one of the Unique and ancient art. It can help someone to release any stress or pain or uncover any issue. Not just that for psychological problems the big psychiatrist also uses this technique to get in to other person’s mind and then resolve the matter. However it is very important to do the right thing at the right time when planning to hypnotize some one.
Check Before Hypnosis : – There are some checks recommended before you hypnotize some one. Mainly to check whether he or she can be at a great risk if hypnotized as it can impact the person once he or she is in conscious state.
- First – Comfort Level is the Prime Factor
The person who is to be hypnotized should be stress free and calm. That can vary from person to person, some can be comfortable in sitting while others whiling lying over. Again what matters is the comfort of the person getting hypnotized. The more a person is comfortable, the more he or she would rely on you and then agree to you in all fair means. - Second – Conversation in Calm Voice
Ensure that you talk in calm and pleasing tone. This will connect the person to you and he or she becomes more agreeable with the confidence that’s instilled in him or her by you. In fact this is the time when the person is in a comfortable position and in agreement of you as well. Close his or her eyes which will make your job easy. - Third – Start Questioning
Once the mind and the soul is in relax mode and the eyes are closed. The ambience has to be at the most quite and silent place so that both the people can concentrate. Getting the right questions in the right manner would make the work easier. That’s why they say you should know the person before to create right strategy in developing the questions.
